Order Dispatch

All orders are dispatched to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided to avoid disappointment, as refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Processing Time

Orders are normally dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, please allow up to 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Weekend and Holiday Shipping

We do not ship orders over the weekend past our working hours or public holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be shipped on the following business day.
