Refund policy

We offer a 48 hours policy. You have 48 hours from  time you received your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return , your item must be in its original condition-unwon, with tags attached, and in its original packing. Please ensure you have receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, email us infor@pasteluxe.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide details instructions on how and where to send your package at your own cost. Please not that item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We e will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/ non -returnable items 

Certain items are ineligible for return, including inner garments( such as underwear, bras, and bodysuits) and custom products ( such as special orders or personalized items)

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. I f approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take sometime for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund transaction.
